Whole Organization Involvement

We develop a deep understanding of your organization:

Key to our clients’ success is the series of interviews that we complete with a representative microcosm of the organization at the beginning of an engagement. Because of this process, we are able to determine two types of patterns present in the organization.
  • First, we uncover patterns relating to 7 elements and decision-making criteria shown scientifically to support success and growth. These are the adoptive fundamentals.
  • Second, we uncover deeply embedded behavioral patterns that interfere with mission-critical activities and block organizational growth and success.
An understanding of the organization at this level is the basis for our work with leadership. Together we create an organization with the capacity and resilience needed to move the enterprise forward.

We bring large groups together as needed:

When accomplishing a goal calls for it, we convene an Open Space Technology meeting. We believe that individuals in organizations understand what needs to happen if the organization is to move forward. And Giles Hopkins, who facilitated numerous Open Space meetings for the World Bank says it well, “It uncovers the people with passion about important issues and questions, who are willing to provide leadership and exercise their sense of accountability.”
