Our work with clients is based on a unique model and methodology:
A starting point for most work with clients is a critical question asked by a leader:
Our organizational assessment process provides the foundation for solutions to the immediate, critical issue. The results focus attention on specific solution components, which may include strategies, structures, processes and behaviors. Our assessment methodology also identifies organizational patterns requiring attention. Review of these patterns takes place as appropriate and as time allows. Assessment results are comprehensive and we find clients referring back to them 12 months later to drive other, less critical initiatives.
Successful solutions rest on the well-executed implementation of assessment recommendations. Our post-assessment process ensures buy-in by senior organization leaders who are ultimately responsible for implementation. We work with leaders to develop implementation strategies and plans.
Implementing organizational change often brings with it the need to adopt new perspectives and to change behavior, processes and structures. We provide implementation support through reflection meetings. These meetings provide twofold opportunities for leaders: first, to discuss and trouble shoot issues arising during implementation and, second, to take time to reflect and learn from that reflection.
Some of the most innovative outcomes are grounded in a structured and disciplined approach.
